Leadership
- experience.
- reflection.

Experience leadership anew – in resonance with the wilderness, with others and with yourself.

From experience
to clarity.

WHO IT IS FOR
Space for
effective
leadership.
The retreat is designed for people in positions of responsibility who wish to reflect consciously on their leadership role and develop it further.
This time away is especially valuable during periods of reorientation, after intense professional demands, before or after major changes in responsibility – or whenever there is a desire to gain deeper clarity about one's own leadership identity.
RETREAT FACILITATORS
Two perspectives.
One experience.
Ranger · Safari Guide · Coach

Claudia Schnell
Claudia accompanies the group through the South African wilderness as a German-speaking ranger. Her nature experiences foster attentiveness, respect, patience and presence – qualities that are equally central to leadership.
The safaris are deliberately connected with the retreat's leadership themes and form an essential part of the learning and reflection process.
Lecturer · Leadership Consultant · Coach
Steffi Neumann
Steffi guides participants through the leadership and reflection programme. As a lecturer and consultant at the Institute of Applied Psychology at ZHAW, she combines psychologically grounded leadership development with systemic reflection and an intercultural perspective.
Her publication Leading Through Ubuntu. South African Perspectives on Relational Leadership is the inspiration for this retreat

LOCATION & CATERING
Space.
Stillness.
Wilderness.
An exclusive lodge in a private Big Five reserve in South Africa becomes a protected space for learning and living during the retreat.
Between safari experiences and leadership sessions, there is intentional space for rest, reflection and informal exchange. Shared meals, sundowners and evenings beneath the African stars bring South African hospitality together with meaningful connection.
